Team building schemes within organisations are a great way to bring everybody together, work on communication and develop the social atmosphere.  Laser Squad team building programs provide all that and more.

We can come to you or you can play at one of our venues.  The whole day is planned to your requirements or you can let us select some objectives for your team building exercises. 

If you have any objectives that you would like to achieve out of your Laser Squad team building experience then we can meet these and will even make recommendations on other things you can do. 

An example mission could be that two seperated fire teams must navigate to a cache (supply point) through enemy lines.  Team leaders would need to organise their soldiers to be able to effectively carry out their mission as a team.  Military missions are a great way at naturally developing teams under pressure.

Your team building experience will be led by Justin Shoesmith.  Justin has being playing Laser Skirmish for 9 years and is currently undertaking Officer training with the Army Reserve. 

We are also able to arrange for an enemy opposition force (OPFOR) to enhance the team building experience.
